We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Crystals and natural stones (as each piece is unique and energetically selected)
- Personal care or ritual items (for hygiene reasons)
- Digital products or downloads
- Gift cards
We encourage mindful selection before purchasing, especially for intuitive items such as crystals.
🔮 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
